Account Deletion

Kralis accounts for students, teachers, and parents are created and managed by the school. If you would like your account deleted:

• Contact your school administration directly.
• The school admin can delete your account from their dashboard.
• You do not need to contact Kralis or Netrobase directly.

School administrators who wish to delete their school's account should:

• Email [email protected] from the school’s registered email address.
• Include the school name and reason for deletion.
• Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

When an account is deleted, the following data is removed:

• User profile and login data
• Academic and administrative records
• Usage history and communication logs

Some data may be retained for up to 6 months for legal, auditing, or security purposes before it is fully removed. Retained data is stored securely and not used for marketing.
